Dr. Leah Isler is a New Jersey and New York licensed psychologist, a certified school psychologist, and has a diplomate in school neuropsychology by the American Board of School Neuropsychology. She has had experience working in clinics, hospitals and schools for 30 years. She trains on an ongoing basis in the latest school neuropsychological techniques and testing methodology. Her assessment of each child’s unique processing strengths and weaknesses ensures an accurate diagnosis and individualized interventions, culminating in a program of educational solutions to help your child fully achieve his/her potential. Her evaluations involve all aspects of a child’s world, including socio-emotional, behavioral, environmental, cultural and school settings. She can provide therapy for your child as well.
In addition, Dr. Isler specializes in testing for dyslexia, and provides cognitive remediation interventions. She is available to consult with both schools and lawyers, and can address various groups to educate them on the latest brain-based research for children.
Dr. Isler is a member of the New Jersey Psychological Association, the American Board of School Neuropsychology, the International Dyslexia Association, and the Northeast Counties Association of Psychologists.
